Ingredients Of Mix Lentil Sprouts Kebab
200 gms Fried potatoes (wash and mashed), peeled
600 gms mixed lentil sprouts, blanched
20 gms green chilli
40 gms ginger
10 gms red chilli (crushed)
10 gms turmeric powder
8 gram garam masala powder
8 gram red chilli powder
100 gms greek yogurt
1 Beetroot
1 Raw mango
to taste salt
50 gms vegetable oil
20 gms bread crumb
How to Make Mix Lentil Sprouts Kebab
Pre-Prep:
Wash and blanch mix sprouts. Cool and roughly chop.
Wash, clean ginger, green chilli and fine chop.
Wash, clean raw mango and fine chop.
Boil beetroot, cool and fine chop.
Wash peel potatoes and fry them on slow fire and cool.
To Prepare Kebabs:
Heat oil in a pan. When hot add chopped ginger, green chilli than add mixed sprouts.
Now add all spices and keep aside to cool at room temperature.
Add mashed fried potatoes in sprouts add breadcrumbs for binding.
Make patties with the mould.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan when hot cook patties both sides till golden in colour. Serve hot with beetroot dip.
To Prepare Dip:
Mix Greek yogurt, chopped beetroot, chopped ginger, salt and green chillies all together.
It will take approximately 30 minutes to cook.
